About Nikoletta Mama:

Currently finishing my MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at UCL and I am seeking to introduce myself into the nutrition and sports performance field as I have also completed a degree in BSc Sport, Exercise and Nutrition (SENr). In addition, I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor as I am very passionate about improving the physical aspects and well being of individuals. I am able to teach proper/safe technique and provide evidence-based advice that is easily understood and followed by individuals to educate and improve their technique in all training modalities.
