I studied Businesss Management degree as I wanted to pursue a career in customer service as I enjoy engaging with different type of people. Some of the key factors that I have developed is teamwork, maintaining professionalism in difficult situations and the ability to be competent. I have worked in multiple retail businesses with a combined experience of 2 years working within retail and providing excellent customer service. I also took part in working as a carer and support children that has special needs by giving supervision, looking after them and making sure they get assistant. Getting a position as a store assistant would be a great opportunity to showcase my previous experiences, qualities and further develop new skills to become an exceptional team player.
