I am a dedicated and accomplished professional in Food Science and Technology, holding a postgraduate degree in the field with a University First Rank and a graduate degree in Food Science and Quality Control. My passion lies in ensuring food safety and maintaining the highest quality standards. With a strong foundation in food safety, quality control, and customer service, I am a quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments.

• Monitor, control and audit the production process of High risk foods on site all departments including,
Cheese, Pie, Quiche,Cooked meats, Bacon, Sausage, Quiche and Pie room
• Weekly conduct Food safety and Compliance audit in assigned rooms or other departments and
submit the report and score. Report to relavant departments any Non -conformance and issues including
fabrication, Direct/indirectfood safety, Hygiene, Cross-contaminations, Engineering.Report/raise non
conformance. Ensure that conformity and non-conformity are communicated, followed up and closed off.
• Primary and secondary packaging and Label checks against company standards QAS
• Investigate any food safety incidents applying root cause analysis and ensure that the day to day site
technical function is achieved.
• Support the site management team during any external accreditation such as BRC, Morrisons
manufacturing standards, Red tractor ,BMPA etc
• Ensure support/ work along with NPD and production during the launch of any new product launch
• Conduct shelf life studies for existing product and new products
• Attend Taste panel, raise NCR any failed score and investigate the root cause.
• Checking the product labelling/belt checks and CCP check.
• Conduct Allergen tests and mid hygiene checks
• Specification changes report tot he relevant team
• Concession raise/ products place on hold or release
• Take immediate actions/decisions while Food safety issues happen.
• Raise disposal note and check freezer reports
• Conduct Weekly and Monthly , External and Internal audits and verify paperwork (hygiene, glass, H&S,
traceability, process control, CCP’s etc)
• Complete Traceability exercise monthly or as part of external audits
• Raw material issues report to Intake team with Supplier trace details and raise RCA to the supplier
