I’ve built a portfolio career at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and patient experience — working with organisations that are redefining how care is delivered and scaled. My journey has taken me from board-level leadership in the NHS, where I serve as a Non-Executive Director and Maternity Safety Champion, to global commercial and client roles in healthcare technology, where I’ve partnered with hospitals, life sciences companies, and digital health ventures across multiple continents.

I enjoy balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery: shaping governance and patient safety agendas, negotiating partnerships, scaling markets, and mentoring early-stage companies in healthtech and SaaS. I founded and grew a global health benchmarking network, and continue to support organisations that want to use data, innovation, and partnership to improve health outcomes.
