I am a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources professional in the final stages of completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources at the University of East London. With hands-on experience in customer service, administrative functions, and HR practices at organizations like Tesco and Nazareth Care House, I have a proven track record in managing recruitment processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering positive employee relations. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I am eager to apply my academic knowledge, practical experience, and commitment to excellence to contribute to a forward-thinking company.

I have diverse professional experience in human resources, administration, and customer service. At Nazareth Care House, I oversee administrative operations, manage patient records, and enhance departmental communication. My role at Tesco includes delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, and handling transactions. Additionally, I have experience as an HR Assistant at Tesco, where I supported recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR record maintenance. My earlier roles at McDonald’s and a dry cleaner in London further honed my skills in customer service, cash handling, and team collaboration.

I am currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources at the University of East London, with expected graduation in July 2024. My coursework has included HR Management, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Legislation, and HR Information Systems.
