With excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, I have experience of working with a team as well as being able to work alone using my own initiative. I am hardworking, responsible, and extremely reliable with an excellent record of attendance and timekeeping. Being flexible and adaptable, I am accustomed to working shifts and I have experience of working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets. With a diverse professional background, I have served as a Senior Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Service (2022-2023), where I managed DNS servers, network administration, customer support, and various troubleshooting tasks. Previously, I worked as a Channel Excellence Profile Manager at Progcap (2021-2022), overseeing financial management across multiple cities. At Amazon Development Centre (2018-2021), I excelled as a Customer Service Associate, handling customer support for North America and Canada through calls, chats, and emails, and contributed as a Subject Matter Expert for new joiners and pilot batches.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cloud and Network Security at the University of Bolton, United Kingdom (2024 - present). I hold a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Jain University, India (2023), and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Jyothi Engineering College, India (2014-2018).
