I am a dedicated and versatile Administrative and HR Support Professional with over 10 years of experience in human capital development, business support, and organizational coordination, primarily within the oil and gas industry. My strengths lie in streamlining administrative processes, supporting executive operations, coordinating staff training, and fostering effective internal communication.
Recently, I served as an Administrative Assistant to a senior manager, where I managed high-level correspondence, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement. I also have a strong background in HR learning and development, having designed and implemented impactful non-technical training solutions that improved team performance and efficiency.
I bring strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a commitment to professionalism in all I do.
