I am a recent MSc Pharmacology graduate from King's College London. I am passionate about drug discovery, scientific research, and healthcare communications am eager to leverage my academic skills and experience for roles in these fields.

Experience

I currently intern as a Medical Writer at a biotech company, SwaLife Biotech, where I translate complex science in the form of accessible, engaging blogs and social media posts. My master's degree project was focused on new antibiotic development in response to the growing antimicrobial resistance crisis. Here, I synthesized novel antibiotics using synthetic chemistry techniques. I have also gained a deep understanding of the crisis, bacterial resistance mechanisms, and challenges surrounding the development of antibiotics during this time.
