Over the years, I have been able to horn my communication skills, including developing verbal and nonverbal communication style of working with clients depending on their needs I am committed to delivering person-cantered care with empathy, kindness, and respect. I consider myself to be reliable, bubbly and skilled in building strong relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote well-being and independence. I let the client I work with take control and remain at the centre of their own care, building on their strengths to achieve better outcome whilst at the same time maintaining good professional relationship with the clients and their families. I am very proactive, goal driven and will always seek out innovative ways of supporting the clients I work with based on their needs. I do not get thrown off balance when presented with new challenge rather I see it as an opportunity to grow and  build on my resilience I am a good team player and always willing to support my team when needed. I continuously seek opportunities for growth and development to enhance my skills and knowledge in care and support.
