My name is Olabayo Ajileye, a determined and easygoing individual with a passion for innovation, travel, and lifelong learning. 

I was born and bred in the vibrant city of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, where I spent my early years growing up with my wonderful family. I am the middle child, sandwiched between two incredible siblings, and I cherish the close-knit bond we share.

In 2013, I embarked on an exciting adventure when I left Nigeria to pursue my undergraduate studies at Swansea University in the United Kingdom. Those years were filled with personal growth, academic challenges and unforgettable experiences that expanded my horizons.

After completing my undergraduate studies, I ventured into the world of commercial banking, where I spent five years building a career. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the financial industry and honed my skills in various aspects of finance and management.

One of my greatest passions is innovation. I believe in the power of creativity and forward-thinking to drive positive change in the world. Whether it's exploring the latest technological advancements or brainstorming new business ideas, I'm always eager to be part of innovative endeavours.

Travel is another aspect of life that I hold dear to my heart. Exploring new cultures, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and discovering the beauty of our world has been a transformative experience for me.

Learning, for me, is a constant pursuit. I thrive on acquiring new knowledge, whether through practical experiences or dedicated study. I believe that there's always something new to discover, and I'm excited to continue my educational journey with my postgraduate studies in International Financial Management back at Swansea University.

Finance professional with experience in Banking Operations, Executive Technical Support, Marketing, Risk Management & Finance. Proficient in Operational profitability, Performance Management, Relationship Management and value extraction, Credit and Data Analysis and Risk Analysis. I represented my organization in a Court of Law where I was required to analyse an erring facility in my cross-examination. I also managed a balance sheet of 2.5 billion Naira (2.5 Million Pounds approx) during my role as Profit Center Manager, Personal Banking where I coordinated activities of 8 Direct Sales Staff and grew my balance sheet and Risk Assets accordingly.
