I have been working within the therapeutic field for over 20 years seeing clients and helping individuals understand and move past blockages and personal trauma from all over the world.

As an Integrative therapist, I draw upon a range of psychotherapeutic disciplines, blending this with my background as a qualified hypnotherapist, meditation practitioner and transpersonal workshop facilitator, enables me to work holistically at depth.

My work is guided by the principle of mutual respect, trust and understanding and those I work with in whatever context are as much a teacher to me as I may be to them. Everything is a learning experience and even when things seem at their worst, we can look back and see the growth that was gifted us in the moment.

Only when we can truly accept and understand all the facets of our past, knowing where we came from can we understand our present and take full control over our future path.
