I have personal and work experience in providing care and support for individuals, as evidenced by my roles as a Care Assistant at Averil Care Home and MedicPlus Hospital. In these positions, I assisted residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while also attending to their emotional needs by providing empathetic support and attentive listening. Additionally, I undertook domestic tasks such as feeding, cleaning, and changing bedding, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. My responsibilities also included documenting patient information, monitoring their condition, and promptly reporting any changes to supervisors. Furthermore, my training in various healthcare procedures, including CPR, manual handling, and infection prevention, demonstrates my commitment to providing high-quality care while adhering to safety and health regulations. My dedication to treating all individuals with respect and compassion aligns with the values of care and support, making me well-equipped to excel in roles requiring such experience and skills.
