CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Lead additional HVAC installation works for the London Server room for WSP. Project introduced additional air corridors to accommodate new server racks.
  • Implemented new financial tracking system for the UK real estate portfolio of NCR and JLL reducing operational costs while improving overall data efficiency.
  • Executed newly launched Total Facilities Contract in the client’s Head office in London. Following the successful launch OCS was consequently awarded the Total Facilities Management contract across the entire UK worth £2.2 mln. My innovative processes were rolled out across the UK portfolio of properties increasing employee retention, client’s satisfaction and improving services continuity. Three years later OCS still retains the contract.

GRE PARTNER SERVICES - FM – London

Overseeing management of five (63,000sqf) NCR real estate assets in UK and Ireland. Facilitating all aspects of portfolio management for the client, including facilities management, maintaining environmental and safety standards, improvement processes, transaction execution, sustainability and innovation initiatives. 

  • Coordinating Real Estate facilities services across the portfolio through utilizing asset management platforms: Corrigo (JLL collaboration with Tableau), Property hub, Canopy, consistently maintaining KPIs at 90% or above.
  • Executed rollout of Sfg-20 compliance changes and designed process improvements in the portfolio of properties.
  • Within two years I’ve successfully delivered multiple projects: London office separation project (1mln), Hatfield relocation and New lab built (1.5 mln), Dartford downsize and sub-lease of London office to a tenant bringing 1.5mln income pa. Currently assisting with Peterborough office separation (1.5 mln).
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with P&L responsibility of circa £300k pcm, providing financial reports to Finance Director and EMEA Leadership. Producing annual budgets and quarterly outlooks for each real estate asset, identifying variations, fee/expense leakages and carrying out asset performance evaluation.
  • Orchestrated strategic asset planning process design, delivering property acquisition in Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield office lay off and Dartford office downsize.
  • Developed data-driven finance management platform to monitor investment services management of properties through effective data analysis, allowing deep insights into each asset and sector dynamics, including portfolio insurance.
  • Guided sub-rental deal execution, commencing from ground zero in 6 months T&Cs were agreed, contract signed, and new tenant moved in.

Assistant Facilities Manager – London

Headed management of Real Estate services for the UK WSP head office in London Holborn, and assets in London Devonshire Square (Liverpool Street), Dartford, Cambridge and Southampton.

  • Led maintenance of two server rooms including HVAC systems (underfloor ventilation, Denco units, UPS maintenance and servicing, split units).
  • Overseen transaction execution expanding the contract from one asset management to UK nationwide contract, accountable for London and South-East Region portfolio management.
  • Managed and led a team of 30 direct reports across the portfolio of properties. Created JDs, designed hiring process, conducted interviewing and hiring, coordinated on-boarding, training and development PDRs, PIPs, investigations, individual consultations, TUPE. Increased employee retention by 33%.
  • Implemented premises compliance matrix for the portfolio of assets allowing real estate portfolio monitoring and tracking compliance across multiple properties and vendors. This process improvement initiative supported regular asset management reporting and passing audits successfully from the first attempt.
  • Guided PDS team regarding the office space changes. Successfully completed seven projects within three years, acquisition and refurbishment, five in Holborn head office, one in Cannon street office and one in Devonshire Square office.

PM Assistant – London, Kyiv – (fixed contracts while studying towards BSc and MSc)

Coordinated over a dozen of projects, large and small, for AIESEC, MOFA Ukraine, WAN IFRA, Sky, A+E Networks. 

  • Revised Smart Card Distribution project for Sky A+E Networks. Created digital database of Pan-European smart card services. Initiated and delivered migration of daily editorial schedules to an online platform. Engaged software developers from Sweden to tailor the online platform to the needs of the client.
  • Led the cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Border Control Agency and two international Airports for WAN IFRA World Editors Forum. Executed successful processing of entry documents for over 500 foreign delegates.
  • Organised monthly networking events for the Business.People company in Kyiv. Effective events resulted in expanding the membership database by over 1500 people during the four month period.
  • Produced Budget Review for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Kyiv. Coordinated completion of annual spending report of 200+ Ukrainian diplomatic and consular representations. Report delivered a month ahead of schedule.
  • Coordinated work of External Relations department (ER) of AIESEC Kyiv. Oversaw stakeholder management during the projects (Ernst&Young, KMPG, Deloitte, PWC). Headed all recruitment projects. Successful management of the team resulted in the ‘top ER member’ award in AIESEC Kyiv.
