Responsible for managing a team of 5 accounts and administrative staff and 6 outsourcers engaged in monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of 21 Sales Representatives 

• Prepared annual forecasts and budgets for each department and for the company as a whole
• Produced detailed monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports and Tax declarations, submitting to company management for review. 
• Produced and issued monthly financial reports to Group HQ in Spain 
• Monitored payments from customers and to suppliers, and chased any outstanding or overdue payments to maximize cash flow
• Produced contracts for all new customers and updated them as required 
• Managed the procurement and disposal of 14 company cars, 
• Carried out annual audits in compliance with Russian tax law
• Processed various accounting documents on SAP, such as invoices, sales and purchase orders

• Developed improved financial forecasts to enable managers to more accurately determine budgets, expenses and funds required. 
• Trained the team in the whole cycle of accounting (costs, taxation, salaries and bonuses calculations, etc.) so that each member of staff was competent in all aspects of their work
