Responsible for providing management reports on a daily and monthly basis:

Finance Manager Assistant & Production Accountant October 2022 – November 2023 Responsible for providing a management reports on daily and monthly basis:
- Sales report;
- Bank and cash report; Cash Forecast preparation; assisting with budgeting and forecasting;

Financial and Administrative Manager February 2019 – April 2022
Responsible for managing a team of 5 accounts and administrative staff and 6 outsourcers engaged in monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of 21 Sales Representatives
- Prepared annual forecasts and budgets for each department and for the company as a whole
- Produced detailed monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports and Tax declarations, submitting to company management for review.
- Produced and issued monthly financial reports to Group HQ in Spain
- Monitored payments from customers and to suppliers, and chased any outstanding or overdue payments to maximize cash flow
- Produced contracts for all new customers and updated them as required
- Managed the procurement and disposal of 14 company cars,
- Carried out annual audits in compliance with Russian tax law

- Implemented SAP from scratch, saving the Company at least £40,000.
- Developed improved financial forecasts to enable managers to more accurately determine budgets, expenses and funds required.
- Trained the team in the whole cycle of accounting (costs, taxation, salaries and bonuses calculations, etc.) so that each member of staff was competent in all aspects of their work
