Olivia Russell

Ive worked in childcare for 5 years since I was 16. I have worked with a broad range of ages from 6months — 10 years.  I have worked in two types of nursery setting, child led and adult led and been member of staff in the before and after school clubs. I have a very strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding. In both settings I have had a higher position. My first setting I was second up to room leader and my second setting I was the main Level 3 of the room. I am confident in new situations and I’m very helpful and friendly individual. I work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment. I am DBS checked and have done many training courses on various topics. In each setting I give the best care and education to each individual child.
