Snr ISV Database Sales Specialist at Amazon Web Services, London January 2021 — November 2023 

• Held a direct $101M quota for 15+ AWS Database services across the UK ISV Segment via active engagement with clients by listening and understanding individual goals and needs while focusing on growing new business streams. 

• Led an initiative to modernise a Banking Software ISV who were running on a commercial database to Aurora PostgreSQL. This led to improved performance of over 50% with additional enterprise grade support and licensing savings to the customer of over 40% 

• Orchestrated and nurtured relationships with a diverse portfolio of customers and stakeholders, while also leaning on the internal teams for sales support. I worked through the different sales programs and costing models for database services with my clients 

• Developed and maintained relationships with existing partners and SIs, including regular communication and joint business planning. 

• Coordinate with partners to launch co-marketing campaigns, events, or promotions that drive mutual growth and brand awareness. 

• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on the progress and impact of partnerships.

 • Experienced in AWS NoSQL Databases and their various use cases 

• Effectively coordinated Gen AI and AWS Databases mind share through 2 joint partner sales workshops, 1 executive round tables and several customer briefings.

 • Spearheaded lead generation initiatives that led to a 30% increase in new business inquiries and contributed to a 12% rise in greenfield database service new signatures. 

• Managed the end-to-end coordination of a Data centric promotional event with multiple partners, driving a 15% increase in lead generation compared to previous events. 

• Oversaw sales forecasting, goal settings, demos and PoCs, account planning and reporting for all database services across ISV UK Accounts 

• Established relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and develop new business opportunities
