I am a dynamic, hardworking, and client focused individual who has recently completed a full-time degree as a mature student in IT and Business Management and is ready to give back to the IT industry a wealth of knowledge I have acquired all these years as a trained business analyst with diverse skills in project management, administrative and customer focused role. Currently working towards Salesforce.com ADM 201 certification, and Qualys Vulnerability Management.
