I am a qualified security supervisor with a wealth of experience and knowledge of door management and operations.  Having worked in many different sectors from stores, companies and stadiums, these jobs has given me valuable experience in various organisations, carrying out different methods in Security. With a good, friendly outlook, I am able to relate to the public well and build up a good rapport, dealing with and recognising situations, taking action before they escalate into something more serious.    I am confident, highly motivated, I am well presented and take pride in my work.  I work well on my own and enjoy being part of a good team who are able to work well together.

Experience

 

      Experience in customer service with security duties in sametime

•    Experience in effective crowd control at events 
•    Excellent communication skills within a team and with the general public
•    Enjoy contributing to public safety
•    Able to work instinctively with good initiative
•    Willingness to continue my training and development

 

Education

I have a Master degree in Social Science, with several training in customer services, security blus translation skills for three language Arabic, English and Turkish
