Ottavia Gullen

I am an enthusiastic, motivated, excellent communicator and work well In most environments. I really enjoying working with people and work well under pressure, I am a team player, but also well organised when I work alone and can be trusted to deliver results consistently. II am very confident dealing with the public, resolving complaints and serving customers. A customer facing role would be good for me as I have great communication skills and a friendly outlook.

Pizza Hut

Worked as a server at Pizza Hut Grove Farm since the start of June 2021 until November 2021 where I then had to move to Pizza Hut Meridian and worked then until December 2021. My roles consist of serving drinks, salads and pizza as well as other items to customers at a national chain restaurant. I am able to swiftly and successfully resolve conflicts which has always resulted in customer satisfaction. Another role I have is warmly greeting and new and returning customers which develops into customer loyalty. I also spend time sanitising and cleaning tables. I have maintained and enforced strict and up to date cleanliness and social distancing policies regarding the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure both employee and customer safety.

McDonald’s

From January 2022 until October 2022 I worked full time at McDonalds Almond Road.. My roles there consists of greeting customers, handled payments via a POS  system fulfilling over 1500+ orders per shift. Operating drive thru services including taking orders, handling payment, and delivering food in a prompt but friendly manner. Maintaining clean dining areas, restrooms, and work stations by routinely sweeping, mopping, replenishing supplies, and disposing of rubbish. Worked with my team to maintain smooth operations and high standards of customer service during high-volume rushes. Swiftly and professionally addressed any customers complaints, escalating to management when requested.

Tesco

From November 2022 until January 1st 2023 I worked  on a temporary contract at Tesco Wigston. Where I worked on the checkouts during the busiest time if the year. I was able to be friendly and compassion to everyone I come across. Helping pack items and assist where necessary. I pushed our clubcard which not only helps us but helps the customers massively as they get loads of saving and benefits from having it.

Co-op

Currently working at Countesthorpe Co-op since January 2023. I work checkouts where I make sure to be helpful and friendly towards everyone I meet. I help them the way they need, if that’s packing their bag or helping them find an item they’re looking for. Some other roles are closing the store, making sure I follow all that’s needed to be done in a timely manner. For example doing waste, making sure everything that need to be gone is going out into the right places. Sweeping the shop floor and packing away baskets and trolleys.
