Paige Mansell

A passionate individual with a focus for the visual merchandising element of the fashion industry. Alongside this passion, I obtain a huge growth mindset towards business and also consumer satisfaction at the highest level. 

I embarked on my retail journey starting off at one of the biggest retailers, Ralph Lauren. Whilst working there for a year, I obtained critical skills early on that allowed me to understand the objectives of the brand and also how to appeal to the consumers. 
 

I then enhanced my sporting background and made the transition to ASICS, where I was able to build upon my earlier skills learnt and also learn visual merchandising from a more sporting brand point of view. In a year at ASICS I was able to also digest in the operational side of the business, becoming dual-trained within a sense. 
 

In January 2020, I was fortunate enough to move across to the biggest global sports brand Nike, where within 2 and a half years I enhanced my reputation for Visual Merchandising by following strict brand guidelines for initiative launches, whilst also having the freedom to grow by producing my own work, which the brand gave me full flexibility.
