Pamela McNeill

A highly motivated and decorated Engineering Manager with a depth of experience gained through a 22 year military career in the British Army. Conscientious about her commitment to all stakeholders from team to management and customer, to turn up every day to deliver her best self.

Running a welding and fabrication workshop for the past 15 years, from mentoring and coaching my work force, writing procedures, risk, COSHH & DSERE assessments, ordering machinery, tools, gas and spares required daily, to project management of a multitude of projects.

In addition to leading and managing a diverce workforce of 30+ multiple trades personnel. Responsible also for a fleet of vehicles ontop, daily working in a fast paced high pressured environment. With a strong work ethic, the ability to adapt to changing situations and eager to learn skills in addition to the transferable skills from experience in the Forces.

22 years serving in HM Forces, Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Workshop manager of a welding and fabrication workshop for the past 15 years, Lead fabricator, mentoring, coaching and developing junior tradesmen. An inspirational speaker aswell as STEM ambassador, running recruitment stands and featuring in recruitment videos.
