Dedicated and experienced Healthcare Support worker with a verity of 
experience in the hospice and residential care settings. I am able 
to work on my own initiative, meeting continuous deadlines and 
completing tasks within time. My extensive experience of caring for 
the elderly, dementia patients and terminally ill patients is 
evidenced by my ability to perform all client care tasks. I am 
committed to providing the best person centre care to all my

conversing with them and offering companionship.

proper disposal of waste to avoid cross infection.
 Recognized and reported abnormalities or changes in 
patients’ health status to attending doctor
 Turned and repositioned bedbound patient to prevent 
bedsores and maintain comfort levels
