About Pamela Wade:

I’m a vibrant and professional Ex customer service representative. After successfully running my own customer service business from home for for years I completed a couple years reception and admin experience in hospitality. The pandemic shifted my focus and helped me realise I wanted to further my studies. I’m now a part time social science student with great transferable skills of communication, organisation and   time management. I work well independently and as a part of a team and would appreciate the opportunity to give professional feedback on products and services.  Key responsibilities: 

- Providing a professional and welcoming reception service.             - Managing email correspondence.    - Managing all incoming telephone calls by channeling to appropriate departments or recording detailed messages.                                              - Maintaining the presentation of the reception area.                                      - Making sure that all visitors sign-in using the correct procedure.              - Carry out routine administrative duties, including photocopying and managing filing systems. 
- Administer and manage the petty cash system.
- Maintain supplies of equipment and stationery and make these available to departments as requested.                                                                                                                                                                               - Handle all incoming/outgoing post.                                                                                                                                - Maintain and arrange meeting rooms and catering thereof.                                                                                                                                                                           - Assist in any additional administrative duties where needed.
