I consider myself to be the right candidate for the advertised role of PMO Analyst, as I satisfy the person specification for this role.
I have a career with over 10 years of work experience within the Project/Programme Management environment.
During this period I have acquired extensive knowledge and skills which I believe are applicable to the advertised role.
With the wealth of experience I have built up, I can demonstrate that I am a people person and work really well within the project team. In my last role, I was instrumental in working to tight deadlines, I would also encourage other team members to use their initiative to make decisions, prioritize their time effectively and ensure tasks were carried out accurately to targeted deadlines.
As part of my previous role at VA Property Consultants Limited, I ensured an efficient PMO office, performed daily scrum meetings, and organised and attended meetings, took down minutes, sent out agenda's for meetings, chased actions, captured lessons and updated the lessons learned log. Also I updated risk and issue logs, co ordinated workshops, standardised project documentation and onboarded and off boarded new and old team members.
I am a strong communicator which I have demonstrated through my interactions with Stakeholders both internally and externally. I have great negotiation skills and I excel in people management skills.
I really enjoy the role of PMO Analyst and I am now looking forward to my next challenge where I can apply a lot of my current skills to date as well as build and acquire new knowledge and skills.
