I have had experience in various areas in multiple countries, from where I have developed excellent customer service, teamwork and organizational skills. In addition to the development of excellent interpersonal and operational skills, I have also gained an outgoing personality and business acumen. My passion for beauty and skincare has inspired me to create a space online where I have been writing about skincare for over 2 years.
Combining my skills with my understanding of various cultures and passion for beauty, I am confident to be a valuable employee.

I am working as a Deputy Manager at Ted Baker, in which I ensure the team maximizes sales potential by the correct use of all resources, leadership and team motivation. I also ensure the store and team members are presented to the highest possible standards in line with brand expectation and reflect the values of the brand with integrity and respect for others. My role also requires me to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, follow policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, and has a strong operations and digital focus. 

Besides my current role, I also have experience as a Dual-site Branch Manager for Kurt Geiger in London, managing two concessions and two teams always ensuring the best relationship between the brand and the Host Store. 

I also worked as an Event Coordinator at Macau Roosevelt in a Macau SAR, China. My role was to host and coordinate a wide range of events for multinational and international customers. The job was full of pressure as we needed to offer brilliant service and unforgettable experiences for high-demanding customers, but I always kept a can-do attitude and professional manners to deliver the best service to all our customers. 

I have a Degree in Product Design bythe University of Arts and Desing (Portugal) and a course in Skincare, Facials (Macau SAR, China).
I have studied languages such Spanish, Italian and Mandarin.
