Ever since I can remember, I have always wanted to work as a Manager Housekeepin/Reception. I found my passion for this job at an early age. I have great social skills and a colloquial approach to people. I can also be assertive when the situation demands it. After many years of working in Poland and England, I am looking for the next step in my career. My ambition is to work in a similar position. Helping others gives me a lot of satisfaction and joy. − Managing a team, assisting in managerial tasks.
− Taking bookings for accommodation, allocating bedrooms.
− Check in and out hotel guests, including taking payments.
− Answering questions about hotel facilities and activity possibilities in the area.
− Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitors requests and calling received.
− Daily and monthly cash reports, receipt of cash and non-cash payments.
− Preparing daily reception documentation and fiscal reports.
− Liaise with other hotel departments, daily reporting to hotel management.
