Merger Project Manager SG29H - Crédit du Nord Société Générale (Paris) 

6-month internship 09/22 - 02/23 

Transfer of fund management mandates as part of the merger between Crédit du Nord’s fund management company and Société Générale’s fund management company : - Design of training materials for portfolio managers: presentation of the new organisation and tools - Organisation of a seminar in Paris (La Défense headquarters), presentation of the roles and responsibilities of each manager in the various fund investment committees; the SG29H compliance system; team building - Monitoring and leading the re-signature of mandates (€4bn in assets under management). 100% target achieved 

Business Analyst Robert Walters (Paris) 

6-month internship 01/22 - 06/22 

Financial analysis and internal communication for the company (€14 million turnover) : - Drawing up weekly forecasts and presenting analyses to the Group’s Managing Director (budget/targets/ profitability/productivity per head) - Updating the financial management file (income statement/salaries/bonuses/billing) and liaising with the finance teams in France and the UK - Quantitative and qualitative analysis of new assignments using Power BI and cross-selling information between consultants with the 4 Associate Directors - Collection and analysis of consultants’ KPIs (around 70 consultants) with presentation of a monthly League Table and a weekly ranking of consultants according to their KPIs and results
