With over 6 years of international experience in the high-performance materials industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver outstanding results for Zotefoams, the world's leading manufacturer of cellular materials. My core competencies include sales and business development, corporate strategy, financial modelling, and international expansion. I have a strong interest in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and semiconductor sectors, where our innovative products offer unique solutions and value propositions.
As the Global Commercial Head of T-FIT, one of Zotefoams' business units, I am in charge of the sales performance and strategy across North America, Europe, and Asia. I lead a diverse and talented team of sales professionals, and I am responsible for detecting and evaluating new market opportunities, defining and executing sales roadmaps and plans, setting and monitoring individual and team KPIs and incentives, and designing and presenting our 5-year plan to the senior management team. In 2021, we achieved a 27% increase in business volume compared to 2020, and we are on track to exceed our 2022 targets as well. I leverage my skills in management consulting, business strategy, and change management to enable, empower, and facilitate the success of my team and our clients.
