• Analysing the physical properties of a variety of polymer master batches, including Polyethylene, Polystyrene and Polypropylene compounds.
• Reformulation of compounds when data produced fell outside acceptable specifications.
• Maintenance and rotation of reserve samples.
• Use of LIMS systems for recording, analysis, recovery and manipulation of data.
• Interpretation of study data and presentation in technical reports.
• Use of a wide variety of equipment and machinery, including Injection moulder, Single and double screw extruders, Blown film line TGA’s MFI’s and Karl Fischor.
