GSK Production System (Global Lean) Supply Chain Head – Primary / Primary Antibiotics Supply Chain (July 2014 to Dec 2020).   

• Head of GPS deployment across Primary and Antibiotic Manufacturing Sites. 
• Responsible for developing, managing and delivery of Primary / PAM Productivity Transformation programme between 2017 – 2020. 
• Responsible for PAM Strategy Deployment – engaging and aligning Senior Leaders to develop Annual IPTc and agree Step Change Transformational programmes to deliver the Ambition. 
• Coached Supply Chain and Site leaders and on-site improvement teams to deploy and embed GPS at all levels.

• Developed, managed and executed the Supplier Transformation programme as part of Winning Formula workstream.
