I am a friendl, energetic , and approachable individual who is self- motivated in all aspects of my career. Always aiming high. I have experience dealing with all types of characters in various situations. Fair, reasonable and consistent, I am confident in my decision making. Hardworking, quick learner who is flexible, and keen to learn new skills and undergo further training. I can work equally well as a part of a team, or on my own initiative. Trustworthy, reliable and highly organised.

I have quite a handful of interests, in my spare time I enjoy drawing, reading, hairdressing and tailoring/ sewing. I consider myself to be a very creative individual, so I like to occupy myself with my own little projects constantly. Always up to date with latest fashion trends, I enjoy shopping, travelling and meeting new people. 

As a Team Manager, I am responsible for running numerous departments within the warehouse including docks. I am responsible for monitoring productivity, time and cost as well as motivating and managing a team up to 45 staff. Responsible for conducting investigations, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, welfare meetings and suspension. Completing necessary  paperwork, updating spreadsheets, requesting training, sending and receiving emails and phone calls on daily basis.
