After thoroughly enjoying my work as a Lecturer and Menopause Coach, where I made a direct and positive impact on individuals’ lives, I have realised that my true passion lies in change management and project coordination. Through my experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of how people navigate transitions, and I have built valuable skills in guiding them through change. Now, I’m eager to apply this expertise in a larger, organizational context.

While coaching has been incredibly fulfilling, I am seeking new opportunities where I can leverage my skills in leadership, strategy, and change management to drive systemic change and help organisations navigate large-scale transformations. I’m excited to take on challenges at a broader level, where I can create sustainable impact and innovation, and contribute to an organization’s success in times of change.
