My 13 years of experience in the banking industry covers various verticals, such as a Senior Manager for 6 years in Credit Monitoring department at corporate office, Branch Head for 4 years and also assisted a branch with business of 3 Lacs Crore for 3 years.

As a senior manager, one of the roles was to resolve the customer grievances on priority and under considerable TAT.

• Expertise in monitoring of loan assets, CASA, TD, foreign transactions, restructuring of accounts, controlling of slippages and preparing reports related to credit monitoring

• Working knowledge of collaboration/project management tools and technology: SQL, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, Confluence, MS Office 365
