About persis ebenezer:
I am passionate about helping other people with their needs. As an organised and highly driven individual, I love to deliver brilliant customer service while completing all my work in a fast-paced working environment.
Through playing team sports, I have developed the transferable skill of working well in a team, which I am looking forward to bringing to the workplace.
I have had the oppurtunity to captain the local netball, rounder’s and volleyball teams and through this I have built an affinity for leadership roles.
I am a quick learner and enjoy being thrown into the deep end, this is evidenced by the fact that I was able to create a small online bussiness during lockdown and start playing volleyball-for which in the space of a few months I progressed to play for Bourenmouth. I was able to play nationally for my club and alongside my team secured third in the country in 2022. In 2024 my team and I managaed to maintain our position once again securing third place.
I am good at using social media therefore, I can help promote the business through various social media platforms.
I am a keen observer and will be able to determine wether a customer is satisfied or not.
I have good customer service skills as evidenced by the service I used to provide in previous part-time jobs I completed.
Experience
Waitrose and Partners
Whilst working at Waitrose as a supermarket assistant, I replenished inventory, organsied deliveries and aided customers.
Additionally, I was able to work in the cafe where I created pasteries and designed coffees.
Throughout these experiences, I was able to create positive connections with customers.
Metro Supermarket
In addition to stacking shelves, I helped customers by identifying items they were seeking and also recommending some of my favourite foods-this helped develop my ability to offer great customer service.
Luccios restuarant
As well as creating drinks, seving customers and polishing kitchenware, I cleaned and relayed tables to fit the design of the restuarnat. I operated the cash register and aided cutomers with complaints and issues.
I volunteered at the local church to teach children a variety of perfroming arts including dancing and singing.
I volunteered at Dorchetser Middle school and Thomas Hardye school teaching children netball and athletics-this experience has made me a better communicator as I am able to comfortbaley interact with a varity of age groups well.
Education
I have finished my GCSE’s and am currently completing my A-Levels. After completing my A-levels I hope to progress to study in University College London beginning in Septemeber.
