Project Technical Leader responsible for delivery of three building at Olympia and managing a small team of Design Managers - overall project value £800M. These have been complex buildings comprising a mix of retained and new buildings which are interlinked through structure and services with high performing Cat-A fit-outs. This is a high profile project with Heatherwick Studio and has necessitated a proactive approach to developing their designs and working closely with the fit-out teams.

New Office Building 67,000m² of new office, conference centre and exhibition space set over14 stories behind a retained 3 storey Art Deco façade £350M. 

New Theatre 1500 seat capacity theatre, 6,000m². Complex structural bearings to acoustically isolate the auditorium located in the middle of the building from the floors below and above. Development of the auditorium steel frame design and validation that the critical sight lines were being achieved. Resolution structural deflection, fire encasement details and coordination with MEP penetrations. Management of Client changes and the interfaces with the fit-out design.

New Music Venue. 3000 capacity music venue, 6,000m². Complex structural design for the construction of a new building over the top of the existing exhibition hall. Large deflection head requirements for internal wall with challenging fire and acoustic details. High performing envelope to prevent break-out noise to neighbouring properties and break-in noise from M&E plant noise.
