I have worked as a supervisor and a manager, but also as an assistant within both small and big teams. I am a reliable staff member with a very positive attitude and motivation to make a difference. As a Youth Participation Practitioner within the NGAGE drug and alcohol service, I focus on ensuring young people's voices are heard in the design and delivery of drug and alcohol support services. This role involves promoting young people's voice in NGAGE, including the Evolve youth group, and ensuring they have a say in how the service operates. My main responsibility is to ensure that young people are actively involved in shaping the service by offering information, education, advice, and support related to drug and alcohol use and engaging them in group activities.
