I specialise in creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering world-class events in prestigious venues such as ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, and SSE Arena. My expertise spans event planning, operational management, and strategic leadership in high-profile venues such as ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, SSE Arena, and The MAC. I excel in client relations, financial planning, and health and safety compliance. Throughout my career, I've successfully managed large-scale conferences, exhibitions, and live events, consistently exceeding customer expectations and financial targets. Currently, I coordinate facilities operations at Mallusk Enterprise Park, supporting SME growth, enhancing tenant experiences, and implementing sustainability initiatives.

My educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from Queen’s University Belfast.
