I help leaders develop a peak performance mindset, build strengths, manage their emotions, choose effective behaviours and create great teams. My deep understanding of behaviour comes from my clinical experience and 20yrs executive coaching. Most people I work with are self-selecting – their relentless hunger for business and growth just needs channeling.

- MA in Sociological Research in Healthcare, University of Warwick
- Diploma in Leadership, Mentoring & Executive Coaching, Management Futures (ILM Level 7)
- Certificate in Education (teacher training)
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) (no longer on register), post-grad qualifications in intensive care, research and diabetes
