Responsible for developing accounts by growing customer spend across the portfolio and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within a sales role. Daily tasks included communicating with customers and partners via telephone and email. Forecasting sales deals internally to capture all the details and required tasks using the organisations CRM system. Monitoring customer orders as well as working with the virtual team and continually having to adapt and problem solve due to multi-faceted route to market. Ensuring work was well organised and prioritized appropriately as high volume with many different tasks. Target and KPI focused, achieving 20% increase in customer spend as well as currently being 60% to quota for the year. Putting together an independent sales plan to ensure success. Offering mentorship to other team members and sharing my experience.
