I have a passion for the outdoors and our natural environment.
Experience
As a Service Advisor, my main job is to go between the customers and the workshop, ensuring that customers are happy and informed about their vehicles and to aid the smooth running of the workshop.
My daily tasks including:
- Completing paperwork with and taking the car keys from customers.
- Liasing with the workshop on jobs booked in, and hours available in the diary.
- Sorting through jobs and delegating evenly between myself and my coworkers.
- Invoicing jobs completed.
- Explaining mechanical work to customers in layman's terms.
- Taking large amounts of money and completing banking summaries every day.
