I am an open and straight forward communicator with an engaging and personable style. I am a hard working, reliable and enthusiastic individual with an excellent work ethic. I am someone who is passionate about delivering clients needs and wants, exceeding their expectations.   
 

My current role involves supporting the General Manager with day to day running of the business and her private office. A significant part of my job is enabling smooth running of regular events for owners and connections. I ensure a first class customer experience by liaising with visitors, setting up arrangements, and facilitating their end-to-end visit on the day. In my previous role I was involved in a range of operational and administrative support functions. I took great pride in being a brand guardian at all times, ensuring consistency, calmness under pressure and meticulous attention to detail. A couple of years ago I also spent two weeks thoroughly enjoying work experience for Johnno Spence at JSC in Public Relations, Event Management, Representation and Social media.
 

I was a student at Oxford Media and Business School (OMBS). OMBS offered me a wonderful alternative to university, where I was able gain practical and real-world business, IT and professional skills and knowledge before embarking in a career. The qualification is a Professional Business Diploma.
The diploma is a full time 9-month intensive course allowing me to gain a deep insight into the world of business. The learning covers Advanced IT, Business Communications, Digital Marketing & Media, Professional Office Skills, Event Management and Personal development planning. For me it was especially good as it suited my learning style as I was assessed on work that I produce allowing me to practice skills repetitively as I learnt them.
