Proficient in cost estimation, BOQs, contract administration, procurement, and value engineering across commercial, residential, and institutional projects valued over USD 700 million. Experienced with JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts, and skilled in iTWO CostX, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, BIM 360, and Asta Powerproject. Demonstrated success in both pre- and post-contract stages, with a proven ability to manage subcontractor accounts, tendering processes, and site coordination. UK work permit holder, actively pursuing MRICS status, and committed to delivering cost-efficient solutions on complex global projects.

I am a Quantity Surveyor (Assoc. RICS) with over five years of international experience in the UK, India, and Kuwait. Currently, I’m working with Bespoke Contrax Ltd. in London, where I handle a range of responsibilities including quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost forecasting, subcontractor account management, and procurement. I’ve worked on fire cladding, commercial, and residential projects with a combined value exceeding USD 220 million. I also support the commercial director in contract correspondence and ensure compliance with UK regulations and JCT contract conditions.

Before moving to the UK, I worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Housso Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru, where I supported senior QS teams in quantity take-offs, supplier evaluations, site measurements, and billing. I was actively involved in residential apartment projects worth over USD 50 million, and I maintained project records and assisted in variation claims and progress reports.

Earlier in my career, I interned at Dar Al Handasah in Kuwait on the Sabah Al Salem University City Project (USD 435M+), where I contributed to cost estimation, WIR/MIR/RFI logging, and interim payment certificates. This experience gave me valuable exposure to FIDIC contracts and reinforced my understanding of site-level operations and multidisciplinary coordination.

Throughout my journey, I’ve consistently aimed to deliver accurate cost management and commercial support, backed by strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience across different contract systems and project environments.

I hold a Master’s degree (MSc) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Oxford Brookes University, which is RICS-accredited. This program equipped me with a strong foundation in cost planning, contract administration, procurement strategies, and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on international standards and best practices in quantity surveying.

Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford, where I developed core technical skills in measurement, cost control, project management, and the use of industry-standard software. Both degrees have helped me build a solid understanding of the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, and prepared me well for the challenges of global construction environments.

I am currently an AssocRICS member and actively working toward full MRICS chartership.
