I am a people-focused professional with a genuine passion for wellbeing, community and creating positive environments. I hold a postgraduate degree in Leadership for Sustainable Rural Development, where I developed strong skills in participation, communication and community engagement.

I enjoy interacting with people, coordinating events and ensuring others feel welcome and valued. I have 2-year experience in customer service teams in restaurants and 5-year working as an architect in community planning and design consultant. As a committed team player, I believe that a positive workplace atmosphere and strong collaboration are essential for delivering excellent service. I am enthusiastic about creating friendly, memorable experiences for guests and contributing positively to a team.

I worked as a Landscape Architect, where I developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently within collaborative teams. My background in sustainable development and community engagement strengthened my communication skills and my ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues.

More recently, I worked as Customer Service Staff in a busy restaurant, delivering high-quality front-of-house service, welcoming guests, taking orders accurately and supporting drive-through operations. I am confident in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure. I also have experience working independently at a market, where I was responsible for setting up the stall, opening and managing the shop throughout the day, handling customer service and closing without supervision. This strengthened my reliability, initiative and ability to take full responsibility for operations.
