I am a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong academic and professional background in Finance, Economics, and Mathematics. I hold an MSc in Finance & Management (Distinction) from the University of Sunderland and an MSc in Economics from KNUST, Ghana.

With over 14 years of experience in research support, financial administration, and teaching, I have worked across academic institutions, government agencies, and development-focused projects. My experience includes:

✅ Research & Project Support – Contributed to research initiatives at the Crop Research Institute (CSIR-Ghana) and the University of Sunderland, managing fieldwork, grant reporting, and data analysis.

✅ Finance & Data Skills – Proficient in SPSS, STATA, Excel, and R, with hands-on experience in claims processing, financial reporting, and budget monitoring from my time at the NHIA in Ghana.

✅ Education & Supervision – Successfully delivered mathematics instruction at the secondary level and currently work in UK schools as a Cover Supervisor, ensuring lesson continuity and student engagement.

At the Crop Research Institute (CSIR-Ghana), I coordinated multi-stakeholder research projects, managed grants and financial reporting, and ensured administrative compliance.

With the National Health Insurance Authority, I led claims processing, fraud investigations, and stakeholder communication while ensuring high service standards.

As a Field Supervisor with the Ghana Statistical Service, I oversaw national surveys, trained enumerators, and ensured data quality.

I founded and managed a rice milling business, successfully securing development grants and supporting local farmers and community initiatives.

In the UK, I work as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools, ensuring effective learning across subjects, while leveraging my educational experience from Ghana.
