- Coordination of all IT work across all projects in the programme

- Run workshops discussing the logistics of samples and agree start dates and delivery times as well as budgets
- Led in the creation of an end-to-end process for a new test starting in 2024
- Provided risk analysis, created scenarios and assisted with the creation of the Business Continuity Plan
- Advisory and consultancy services provided for clients in all industries on service architecture, business analysis, business transformation and strategy.
