DUTIES (MISCELLANEOUS): Interacting with and Supporting Patients with activities; also monitoring and calming confused patients. Assisting Nurses e.g cleaning and preparing used beds for new in-patients, fetching medical equipment, reporting patient well-being etc. Re-stocking and organising medical supplies in storage rooms

DUTIES: Discussing improvements to Healthcare services (including Q&A sessions with Superiors e.g CEO: Richard Beeken; I was able to ask him about a widespread Healthcare concern I met as a Ward Volunteer). Inspecting: Staff, patient and carer satisfaction through formal conversations, and Ward environment through observations, to write and share detailed  reports with hospital leadership team. Involved in the recruitment process of new West Midlands Youth Worker
