My key achievements have been:

  • Introducing Xero accounting software and training some staff how to use it
  • Updating the format of the management accounts and cashflow forecast so that it is easier to read and therefore more effective.
  • Introduction of accounting systems to streamline the daily cash takings, saving time.
  • Re-organisation of the filing systems of the accounts so that documents are easy to find, hence saving time.
