I’m a hands-on marketing and operations leader who loves helping businesses grow with clarity, creativity and purpose. Over my career I’ve built and led marketing functions for SaaS and B2B brands, scaling them from early-stage to acquisition and beyond.

Most recently I led marketing at Artemis Marketing and ran my own consultancy, Headspace Marketing, supporting SMEs to sharpen their strategy and build confidence in their marketing. Before that, I spent over a decade at Breathe, the HR SaaS business for SMEs, where I built the marketing function from scratch, joined the board, and helped grow the company to over 11,500 customers. 

I’m happiest working at the intersection of strategy and delivery; shaping plans, building great teams, and getting things done. I’m also passionate about using data and AI tools to work smarter and tell better stories.

I’m a commercially minded marketing and operations leader with extensive experience across B2B, SaaS, and SME sectors. I’ve built and led marketing functions, scaled teams and delivered growth from early stage through to acquisition.

I founded Headspace Marketing Consultancy, supporting SMEs with practical, strategic marketing. I helped businesses define their value propositions, develop go-to-market strategies, and create content that drives results.

Most recently, I led marketing at Artemis Marketing, an SEO-focused digital agency, where I managed multi-channel campaigns and introduced AI-driven tools to boost creativity and efficiency across content and digital delivery.

Before that, I spent over a decade at Breathe, the HR SaaS company, where I was Marketing Director and later General Manager. I built the marketing team from scratch, developed the brand into a nationally recognised name with over 11,500 SME customers, and worked closely with product and development teams to align marketing and commercial strategy.

Earlier in my career, I held various marketing roles at RSA / MORE TH>N, gaining strong foundations in brand, digital, and direct marketing.
