CIPD Qualified and Mental Health First Aid. Providing HR Support and Facility Management across Clanwilliam Health's UK and Ireland offices.

Experienced in all areas of operational administration, HR functions & processes, and the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement. Particularly focused on employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

* Managing/coordinating the life cycle of employees from recruitment to exit interviews.
* Partnering with managers of the business to recruit new candidates
* Onboarding and inductions.
* Mental health training for line managers.
* Managing employee relations: absence management, disciplinaries, PIPs, and Performance Reviews.
* Managing the training budget and all employee training across the business.
* Producing HR metric reports for the SMT and senior board members.
* Assisting with payroll.
* HR system management and administration.

Achievements:
* Successfully transitioned 200+ employees across to a new HR System.
* Created and delivered mental health training within the company.
* Founded and produced a monthly health and wellbeing newsletter which was shared across all our 
loca including the UK, Ireland, Australia, and India.
* Successfully project-managed events across our Microsoft Teams platforms and international 
offices.

Achieved 1st Class Bachelor Honours Degree in 2018.
