About Rahsaan Fleming:

I have a solid background in customer service, I have been doing the role for around 8 years now. My current job consists of me talking to guests and making sure they are happy with the service we provide.

 

I also enjoy creating videos and editing but do not do it as much or as a core career path. I’m an avid gamer and like to spend time indulging in games as it’s what takes me to my happy place.

Experience

I currently have 8 years in Customer Service, I have worked retail and dealt with customers on a day to day basis and then got moved up and became the Head of Customer Service which I did for a couple of years. I then moved onto another role, still heavily Customer Service based but worked mainly with serviced apartments that are used for corporate bookings. This is still heavily Customer Service based as I talk to guests on a daily and provide them with the service they need.

Highest form of education: Bachelors degree in Contemporary Media Practice at University of Westminster
